2024 Rock & Roll Institute Winter Camp

ENROLLMENT FEE:
$399 per student/week

The 2024 R&RI Winter camp is a weeklong, daytime camp for young, aspiring musicians aged 12 to 20. A typical camp day begins with a Master Class taught by some of the finest musicians and music educators from the Northern Illinois area. The rest of the day is spent with your band, learning three songs to perform at the end-of-week concert, guided by an adult instructor. On average, we have a 4:1 camper-to-instructor ratio, which guarantees plenty of personalized assistance for our campers. Together, we work hard throughout the week and when camp ends on December 30, we climb on stage at The District Bar and Grill that evening to perform at 6 pm for our friends and family! Not only that, our camp provides optional performance opportunities for our campers throughout the community, throughout the year.

I understand that Rock & Roll Institute will do their best to accommodate all camper preferences regarding instrument choice, coach requests, and band selections, but I am aware that the RnRI staff can only organize bands based on what they are given with enrollment. R&RI can't accommodate food allergies and dietary sensitivities. Campers must bring their own dietary and medical necessities. R&RI Campers are responsible for their equipment, bringing and packing up. If I list myself as a multi-instrumentalist at time of registration, I am aware that I might be asked to play one of my secondary instruments during camp instead of my instrument of choice. I understand if I miss camp days due to illness or conflict, I may not be able to perform all songs with the band at the final concert (with discretion belonging to my band's instructor).

Note: Band and DJ camp group enrollment is available for all three weeks of camp. Production and Graphic Art camp enrollment is only available for weeks one and two.
